York Minster Castle Howard wedding
This past weekend I was in the heart of England York , photographing the wonderful wedding of Jason and Helen.
York Minster Gothic Cathedral is the largest gothic styled cathedral in Europe and easily one of the world’s most impressive cathedrals with detailed statues , stained glass , gothic carvings in the Chapter House and an incredible choir.
The wedding reception at one of the UK’s finest stately homes Castle Howard near York built in 1699. Famous from the BBC’s Brideshead Revisted . An overwhelming feeling of magnificence engulfs you, as you get closer to the house, sat in extensive grounds containing temples, lakes, stables, courtyards, fountains and rose gardens , Castle Howard is as impressive inside as it is outside.
