My Monday morning routine  of just one wedding photos has become four wedding photos again . Photos include Korean wedding traditions ,an amazing hand made wedding dress from the bride Angela who you can see did her own wedding make up aswell . Lastly a photo of the wedding venue and couple.

So Saturdays mixed ceremony included a korean wedding ceremony . Both bride Angela and groom Henrik were in traditional wedding costumes .  We did two parts of the ceremony the Gourd of wine and the dates and chesnut part. Gourd of wine is traditionally held at the brides home , but that been in Los Angeles would have made that a little difficult . Bride and groom bow to each other and seal their vow by sipping a special wine poured into a gourd grown by the bride’s mother.

Dates and Chesnut part of the ceremony is where the parents of the bride throw dates, well  gently toss the dates in the air, so the bride can catch them in her dress, it is a symbol of how many children they will have.

Again  in the photos you can see the amazing wedding dress that Angela made and her doing her own eye make up. The ceremony venue in the grounds of a museum with wild looking sculptures. The wedding portrait we took as the light set and the wedding couple went to dinner.
