i-wedding at the Apple store in New York what a very different destination wedding , the couple apparently met in the Apple Store and this Valentine’s Day, an Apple obsessed couple tied the knot at New York’s Fifth Avenue Apple Store. The ceremony boasted an iPod as a ring bearer and was officiated by a priest dressed like Jobs himself.
There’s been a recent trend of techies expressing their devotion to each other via mediums Facebook, Twitter , so geek weddings are nothing new. But this was probably the very first wedding to take place in an Apple Store.
An Apple Store employee tweeted the world to the union of Josh and Ting Li . Josh told Entertainment Weekly, “We got to know each other because Ting was looking to buy an iPod…and I managed to strike up a conversation that way… I used to joke that the Apple Store is my church because I am not religious, and I loved everything Apple.â€
